Job description:
Good understanding of SIP Protocols, Genesys Framework and Architecture
Reporting components like CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart and CXInsights
Good troubleshooting experience in Genesys infrastructure.
Good understanding of the following Genesys Products
Knowledge about Genesys Cloud Components like Google CCAI chat bot, predictive engagement.
SBC Management
Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS, CCS), SIP etc.,
Gateway protocols: SIP and MGCP
Good ITIL Knowledge Incident, Change & Configuration Management
- To create test transactions, run test to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
- To define a program development schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
- To design, develop and implement business application requirements.
- To ensure proper documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes and corrections.
- To liaison with client, project management team and other stakeholders.
- To provide technical expertise by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems or questions about programs.
